The big picture
Boxing Manager on box.notafra.id and Tour Manager on iOS share the same events. Clubs stay in control of who competes; entry tokens keep registration invitation-only after payment or approval.
Club wants a tournament
A club (for example Adrenalina Boxing Wrocław) decides the date, format, and expected number of athletes.
Organizer creates the event
You set up a hybrid World Cup–style competition: groups by points, top finishers advance, separate paths per weight class, then knockout to a final.
Athletes pay / are approved
Athletes register and pay with the club offline or however the club prefers. The platform does not replace club payments.
Organizer issues entry tokens
You mint one-time access codes and send each athlete their code (email draft from the app, or your own mail).
Athlete joins with the token
On web or Tour Manager iOS, the athlete signs in, enters the code, picks a weight class, and submits. The token is redeemed once.
For event organizers
You create the competition, control who can register, and manage the event day from the workspace (web) or Tour Manager (iOS).
On the web (box.notafra.id)
- Sign in at Boxing Manager.
- Go to Create a tournament (or use a Wrocław / hybrid preset if offered).
- Choose Hybrid (World Cup style): advance per group (e.g. 2), group size (e.g. 4), expected athletes, weight classes.
- Turn Require entry token ON when registration should be invite-only.
- Create the event — you land in the event Workspace.
- Open Entry tokens: generate a batch of codes, or issue one token per paid email.
- Copy the email draft and send codes to athletes from your mail client.
- Share the join link: box.notafra.id/join?eventId=… (include the event id from the workspace).
On iOS (Tour Manager)
- Sign in to Tour Manager with the same account as the web app.
- Create a tournament (preset or manual) with hybrid format and entry tokens required.
- Open the event → Manage Entry Tokens.
- Generate or issue tokens and copy the invite text to email athletes.
Hybrid format checklist
- Group stage scored by points
- 1st & 2nd (or your advance count) from each group move on
- Separate bracket path per weight class (kg)
- Knockout until the final; losers are eliminated
- Require entry token when only paid / approved athletes may join
For participants (athletes)
You do not invent a code yourself. After the club confirms your place (usually after payment), the organizer sends you a one-time entry token.
- Receive an email (or message) from the organizer with your entry code, e.g. WRO-A7K2M9, and a join link.
- Open the join link on the web, or open Tour Manager → the event → Register with Token.
- Sign in (or create an account) with the email the club used for you when possible.
- Enter the entry token — it must be unused.
- Fill in athlete details and select your kg / weight class.
- Submit. Your registration is recorded and the token becomes redeemed (one use only).
- Follow event announcements, brackets, and schedule in the app or on the event page.

Token tips
- Codes are case-insensitive but must match exactly otherwise.
- Each token works once. If it fails, ask the organizer for a new one.
- Pick the correct kg class — that drives your group and bracket path.
