Terms of Service

By accessing or using any part of the Adrenalina Boxing Platform (web or iOS), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the services. These Terms apply together with our Privacy Policy.

We provide:

• Tournament management tools for organizers, clubs, athletes, coaches, parents, and officials
• Personal training features including quizzes, plans, workouts, and optional subscriptions
• Mobile access via the Tour Manager iOS app, synced with the same account where applicable

Features may change, be added, or removed. Demo tournaments and sample data are provided for evaluation and may differ from live production data.

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure
• You are responsible for activity under your account
• You must be at least 13 years old, or have parental/guardian consent if younger
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts to evade restrictions or bans

If you create or manage events, you are responsible for obtaining necessary consents from participants (including minors), complying with local sports federation rules, accurate weigh-in and medical requirements, and lawful processing of athlete data. We provide software tools only — we are not the event promoter unless explicitly stated.

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, videos, announcements). You grant us a limited license to host, display, and process that content solely to operate the service. You must not upload unlawful, infringing, harassing, or dangerous content.

• Paid plans, trials, and pricing are shown at checkout
• Payments are processed by Stripe; billing terms follow the plan you select
• Trials convert to paid plans unless cancelled before the trial ends where applicable
• Refunds are handled according to applicable consumer law and our support policy

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the platform
• Impersonate others or falsify athlete or official records
• Use the service for unlawful competition practices or gambling where prohibited
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, events, or backend systems
• Upload malware or interfere with other users' experience

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available." Boxing and combat sports involve inherent risk of injury. Training plans and tournament schedules are informational tools — not medical advice. Consult qualified coaches and medical professionals before training or competing.

Live scores, rankings, and brackets may contain errors. Organizers should verify official results before publishing final standings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Notafra is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, or injuries arising from use of the platform or participation in events managed through it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or EUR 100, whichever is greater, except where law prohibits such limits.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security or legal risk. Upon termination, your right to access the service ends; certain data may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected. Disputes should first be raised with support@notafra.id.
