How do I create a tournament?+
Sign in, create a tournament (hybrid World Cup–style is supported), turn on entry tokens if registration should be invite-only, then mint codes in the workspace. See the How it works guide for the full organizer walkthrough.
Can athletes register themselves?+
When entry tokens are required, athletes need a one-time code from the organizer after payment/approval, then join via the event join link or Tour Manager. The How it works guide covers both organizer and participant steps.
Do demo tournaments require an account?+
Demo events (IDs starting with evt-) work for exploration. Creating live events and registrations requires a signed-in account.
How does PunchFlow billing work?+
Subscriptions are processed securely by Stripe. Manage your plan from the Subscription page after signing in to PunchFlow.
Is there an iOS app?+
Tour Manager is our iOS companion for tournament management. Sign in with the same Firebase account as the web app.
How do I delete my account?+
Email us with the address tied to your account. We will delete your profile and associated data within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
